Furniture From My Workshop The picture on the right is red cedar from a 36 inch diameter tree that came down in a storm. After the wood was kiln dried, it was planed down from 6-7 inch slab to about 3 - 4 inches. Wood is finished smooth and then surface is preserved with varnish, oils or polyurethane. Tables are fitted with Mid Century hairpin legs or wooden tapered Legs. If you are working on a project of your own, some project legs and floor protectors are available in the store. Items in the store are available to Dallas Area Only, Hand delivered. Some Items may be picked up at the workshop in Kaufman, by appointment only. All new materials, furniture can contain: · High density open cell foam · Wood · Polyester soft wrap · Upholstery grade fabric · Polyester soft wrap. · 1 1/2 inch diameter, rust proof. fabric covered buttons, when applicable. .
